By creating an account on Nobarity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nobarity. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The platform is available in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, and Uganda. Use from other jurisdictions is at your own risk and may violate local laws.

Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referral programs will result in permanent termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated points. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Points are earned by completing eligible offers on our platform. Points have no cash value except when redeemed through the platform's official redemption mechanisms. Points are non-transferable between accounts. Nobarity reserves the right to adjust point values, cancel fraudulently earned points, and modify reward offerings at any time. Points do not expire while your account is in good standing.

You agree to complete offers honestly and as intended by the offer provider. Using bots, scripts, VPNs, or other deceptive means to complete offers is strictly prohibited. If Nobarity or our offer partners determine that offers were completed fraudulently, all associated points will be reversed and your account may be terminated. Nobarity is not responsible for technical issues with individual offer providers.

Cash withdrawals are subject to minimum requirements, daily limits, and weekly limits set by the platform. Nobarity processes withdrawals via Flutterwave and is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or Flutterwave's processing times. You are responsible for providing accurate bank account information. Withdrawals made to incorrect accounts due to user error cannot be reversed. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if we suspect fraudulent activity.

You agree not to: create multiple accounts; use bots or automated tools; use VPNs to spoof location; share accounts; reverse-engineer the platform; attempt to exploit bugs for financial gain; engage in any activity that harms other users or the platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account termination without notice.

Nobarity is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or accuracy of points calculations. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount of points in your account at the time of the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nobarity may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all unredeemed points are forfeited. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
